Weight Loss Wednesday

I almost forgot to post my progress today, on Weight Loss Wednesday. I lost a pound this week, but I'm not sure how. If I had to guess, I would say it's just a result of drinking my 8 glasses of water every day. Just that new habit alone seems to have made a world of difference. We'll see how the next week goes.

Drinking a lot of water really does make a BIG difference. I find it's not just good for losing the weight but makes me feel better overall.
